Ang Koliseo o Koloseo, na kilala rin bilang ang ampiteatrong Flavian (/kɒləˈsiːəm/ kol-ə-see-əm; Latin: Amphitheatrum Flavium; Italiyano: Anfiteatro Flavio [anfiteˈatro ˈflavjo] [äɱːfit̪eˈäːt̪ro ˈfläːvjo] o Colosseo [kolosˈsɛo] [koloˈs̪ːɛːo]), ay isang elliptical na ampiteatro sa gitna ng lungsod ng Roma, Italya. Gawa sa sementado at bato, ito ang pinakamalaking ampiteatrong naitayo kailanman at isa sa mga itinuturing na pinakakahanga-hangang yari ng arkitektura at inhinyero.

Ang Koliseo ay nakatayo sa silangan lamang ng Roman Forum. Ang konstruksyon ay sinimulan sa ilalim ni emperador Vespasian noong 72 AD, at natapos noong 80 AD sa ilalim ng kanyang kapalit at tagapagmanang si Titus. Ang mga karagdagang pagbabago ay ginawa sa panahon ng kaharian ni Domitian (81-96). Ang tatlong emperador ay kilala bilang ang dinastiyang Flavian, at ang ampiteatro ay ipinangalan sa Latin dahil sa kaugnayan nito sa kanilang apelyido (Flavius).

Ang Koliseo ay kayang punuin ng tinatayang sa pagitan ng 50,000 at 80,000 na manonood, at ginamit sa mga paligsahan ng mga manlalaban o gladyeytor at mga pampublikong palabas, tulad ng mga hindi totohanang labanan sa dagat, pangangaso ng mga hayop, mga pagpugot ng ulo, mga muling pagsasadula ng mga kilalang labanan, at mga dramang batay sa mitolohiyang Klasiko. Itinigil ang paggamit sa Coliseum para sa aliwan noong unang bahagi ng panahong medyebal. Ito ay kinalaunang muling ginamit sa mga layuning tulad ng pabahay, mga pagawaan, mga kuwarto para sa panrelihiyong kaugalian, muog, silyaran, at Kristyanong dambana.
