皇居外苑は、環境省の管理になっています。江戸時代までは、日比谷公園までは、入江になってました。夜は、灯りがないので、道をあるいてるのがわかりません。東京駅の方は、摩天楼がきれいです。皇居の方も、派手ででなく伝統のモニュメントを薄く浮かび上がるような、ライトがあれば素敵かな! Info.・・・

夜はライトがほとんどなく真っ暗なので、丸の内の夜景がめっちゃ綺麗に見えます！隠れた夜景スポットかも。
