<i>San Pedro de Atacama é uma comuna da província de El Loa, localizada na Região de Antofagasta, Chile. Possui uma área de 23.438,8 km² e uma população de 1.938 habitantes (2002). Localiza-se a 2.400 metros de altitude. P. Gustavo Le Paige Archaeological Museum, with a large collection of relics and artifacts from the region. Native ruins nearby now attract increasing numbers of tourists interested in learning about pre-Columbian cultures.
