DILI, Timor-Leste (June 23, 2011) The amphibious transport dock ship USS Cleveland (LPD 7) is anchored in Dili Harbor below the statue of Cristo Rei, or Christ the King, during the Timor-Leste phase of Pacific Partnership 2011.
